무릎을 구부려 앉은 자세에서 척추 골반 은 뉴트럴 해줍니다.
다리는 붙이거나 골반 너비로 벌려 줍니다. 팔은 앞으로 나란히 해주시고, 손바닥이 바닥을 향하게 합니다. 시선은 정면을 바라봅니다.

목적
척추의 articulation과 rotation. 복부의 flexion.

동작설명
마시고 준비
내쉬면서 꼬리뼈부터 척추를 동그랗게 말아서 요추의 flexion 유지 할 수 있을 때까지만 뒤로 roll back 합니다. 이때 팔도 같이 오른쪽으로, 뒤로 벌려줍니다.
마시면서 다시 상체와 팔이 같이 센터로 돌아옵니다.

반대쪽 repeat 3~5 times

운동부위
척추를 rotation 할 때 rectus abdominis와 obliques를 수축
오른쪽으로 rotation 할 때, 오른쪽 internal oblique, 왼쪽 external oblique concentrically 사용
왼쪽으로 rotation 할 때, 왼쪽 internal oblique, 오른쪽 external oblique concentrically 사용
뒤로 roll down 할 때, hip flexor eccentrically 길어지게 사용, hip extensors concentrically
다시 roll up 할 때, hip flexor concetrically 짧아지게 사용
scapular stabilize 하는 근육 항상 사용


주의할 부분
뒤로 roll back 할 때, 발바닥이 매트에서 떨어지지 않도록 주의합니다.
어깨 elevation 되지 않게 어깨 날개뼈 항상 안정화합니다.
rotation 할 때, 척추와 복부의 flexion connection 잃지 않도록 주의 합니다.
Modification
발바닥이 자꾸 매트에서 떨어지면 adductor connection을 더 주기위해 공을 무릎 사이에 넣어줍니다.
